Aofeng Group Completes Automated Production Line Upgrade for Silicone Sealant Workshop, Boosting Intelligent Manufacturing Capacity

Recently, Aofeng Group has finished the replacement and commissioning of brand-new integrated automated filling and conveying equipment in its silicone sealant production workshop. The full intelligent production line has been officially put into mass production of silicone sealants, marking a major upgrade to the company’s automated manufacturing and standardized quality control capabilities.

The newly replaced complete set of equipment consists of two core modules: fully automatic positioning conveyor tracks and rotary precision filling stations. As shown in the on-site production photos, the automated conveyor line on the left transports finished silicone sealant cartridges in neat order to realize stable material transfer; the multi-station rotary filling equipment on the right delivers higher positioning accuracy, integrating automatic cartridge alignment, quantitative filling and synchronous marking in one single process.

Remarkably Improved Production Efficiency The synchronous cyclic operation of multiple stations greatly raises hourly output capacity, effectively easing the delivery pressure of overseas orders and supporting mass order fulfillment for cross-border channels including Alibaba International and Google Independent Site.
Standardized Filling Accuracy The equipment adopts automatic quantitative glue control to eliminate glue overflow and insufficient filling.
