2. Lamination & Curing After spraying, EPS foam boards are pressed tightly onto the glued steel plates for curing. The expanding foam fills all gaps between panels and forms a continuous sealed bonding layer.
3. Peel Strength Inspection After Curing Once fully cured, manual separation test shows the EPS foam substrate tears apart while the bonding interface stays intact without delamination or debonding. It proves the bonding force exceeds the tensile limit of foam itself. Meanwhile, the foam cross-section remains complete without dissolution, whitening or structural damage caused by corrosion.
